LAVA INTERACTION POLICY
One of the most important foundations for a trustworthy community is the ability to carry and sustain OPEN AND HONEST COMMUNICATION. This is not always easy, but in this we must respect the right to express opposing opinions and show RESPONSIVENESS in our communications.
Lava People is a place for INSPIRATION and EXCELLENCE. This does not leave room for commercial sales or self-promotion. Respect the INTEGRITY of the interaction/conversation in the same way you would like your input to be valued.
As a measure of ACCOUNTABILITY we ask all our members to respect the following rules:
- We should all limit ourselves to using English only.
- Subject lines and titles should be short and relevant.
- Upon subscribing for a sparring session please do show up.
- Subject lines and titles should not use all caps, excessive punctuation or exaggerated typography.
- Lava People disapproves of rude, frivolous or inflammatory content.
- Hate, racism, intolerance, slander and vulgarity have absolutely no place in Lava.
- Pornographic or overtly sexual discussions are not acceptable.
- Let's all refrain from idle chatter, happy birthdays, and the like.
- Please, let's not attack another member's character, background or profile picture.
- Respect the intent of other members in posting discussions; don't indulge in mocking or irrelevant one-liners.
- Take personal issues or disagreements off the public areas of Lava.
- You should not draw frivolous attention to yourself or post threads about specific members.
- Lava People is not for commercial sales, self-promotion, or job hunting.
- Lava People reserves the right to delete content considered inappropriate. Action against a member account may also be taken.
- Be sure to fill out a correct name. If you want to remain anonymous an alias can be used.
- Complete your profile with accurate information, a good basis for other members to know who you are.
- Please upload an appropriate picture, this is a business platform.
